To download a copy of the December Dance Invitation-Reservation, either click on the save icon next to the printer icon on the right-hand end of the menu bar above the invitation form or click on the download button at the bottom of the invitation form. To print a copy, click on the printer icon on the right-hand end of the menu bar above the invitation form.
